Micro-Satellite Launching System (MSLS) Project was carried out in cooperation with ROKETSAN and the Presidency of Defense Industries in 2018. The Project aims to launch micro satellites weighing less than 100 kilograms into a low earth orbit at a minimum altitude of 400 kilometers. &nbsp;The overall objective is to ensure that Turkey would acquire skills of satellite launching, testing, provision of production infrastructure and building bases.&nbsp;

Space Technologies This department is responsible for preparing/facilitating the plans, projects and other initiatives to enable the design, production and integration of all kinds of products, technologies, systems, facilities, tools and instruments on space and aeronautics including satellites, launching equipment and systems, aircrafts and simulators and space platforms. 
 Turkish Space Agency supports all the activities carried out on space, astronomy and aeronautics sciences on the national level.
 Projects which are carried out/are being carried out in Turkey but not under the responsibility of the Turkish Space Agency or other institutions.
