The International Astronautical Federation (IAF), established in 1951, is one of the mostrespected and long-standing international organizations in the space field, comprising 604 members from 82 countries, including space agencies, private sector representatives,associations, unions, universities, museums, and research institutions.

The International Astronautical Congress (IAC), organized annually by the IAF, is one of themost prestigious and widely attended events of the global space community, bringing together all stakeholders working in the field of space agencies and space technologies, and shaping the future of the sector. Throughout the Congress, there are international exhibition areas, high-level protocol sessions, company presentations, academic and technical sessions sharing the latest developments in space, as well as platforms presenting the newest advancements in the sector.

The 77th International Astronautical Congress (IAC 2026 Antalya) will be held on 5–9 October 2026 at the Antalya NEST Congress Center, under the coordination of the Ministry of Industryand Technology of the Republic of Türkiye, hosted by the Turkish Space Agency (TUA), and co-hosted by SAHA. This important congress, which will bring together the global space ecosystem and be held for the first time in our country, aims to turn IAC 2026 Antalya into a globally recognized success story by bringing together all stakeholders of Türkiye’s space ecosystem and maximizing the scientific, technological, and economic benefits of the event for our country.

With the participation of more than 10,000 registered attendees and numerous international companies, IAC 2026 will offer a unique opportunity to showcase studies, products, and technologies that will shape the space ecosystem, as well as to provide academic meetings and knowledge exchange platforms. Hosting this significant event in Türkiye will contribute internationally to the objectives of our National Space Program, particularly “Increasing Space Awareness” and “Developing the Space Ecosystem,” and will strengthen our vision of the Century of Türkiye.
